How do I set up the website and how long will it take?
MCR will provide you with the tools you need to get your website started. Your chapter is responsible for gathering the information and sending it to us so we can customize your website, completed within 2-5 business days. Once your site is complete, we will have a 1-hour online training session so that you understand the basics of the site. Then you will receive a follow-up email with all the information you need to login and get started. Its that easy! Once the website is up and running, maintenance will be seamless.
What kind of participation (time) is needed from each chapter member for this to work?
Most chapters using the website ask their members to log in at least once a day so it can be used as their main mode of communication- checking all of the updates will take an average of 5 minutes from every sister. Specific members of the chapter may have different responsibilities in the website that may require a little more time, such as submitting attendance, posting documents, and managing finances and the positive incentive program.
After signing up, how will I be trained to use the website?
MCR has worked very hard to make the site as user friendly as possible. A 1-hour online training session will allow you to see your site and walk through the basics. After the training, customer service is always available and additional training if necessary.
