| "The Members'
Only Website has entirely changed the way our chapter
communicates. Not only has it increased efficiency and
organization for our chapters' leaders, but all chapter
members are now better informed, more involved, and generally
happier. The constant access to information on events
and positive points, as well as the forum, has increased
participation and sisterhood within our chapter more than
I imagined possible in such a short period of time. As
a chapter without a house, the Members' Only Website has
become crucial to our chapter's communication in only
a few months."

"The "Member's
Only" website has brought the level of communication
in our chapter to a whole new level. It is a constant
source of information for active members, as well as those
studying abroad. As a chapter that doesn't have
a house we are now able to announce changes
in our schedule daily, instead of weekly or biweekly.
It has become a vital part of our chapter and we are so
thankful!"

"The member's
only website has really been doing great things for our
chapter... we have only had it for about 3 months now
& already I can tell a difference. One obvious
of course, is that it has helped cut down the cost of
making copies of things. One thing we really like
about it is that members can monitor their own points
and fines instead of having to continually ask.
The "excuse me" forms have really been a blessing
too! We all also love the forum... it's so convenient
to post messages on there and ask questions. I like
the fact that we can add in things like smartie pants
awards and fun bonus points. Also, no one can ever
complain about not getting any information or
not having a sister's phone #, it is all right there!!!
As more and more sisters get the hang out this site
I think it will become even more of a benefit to the chapter...
I am soooo glad that there is someone out there who understands
the stress and confusion of trying to run a chapter and
who is willing to help make life just a little simpler!
Thanks so much!"

"The website
has been great for our chapter! It has increased communication
within the chapter and the level of awareness concerning
chapter events. The website makes the process of attendance,
points and dues much easier. It took a little bit for
us to adjust to the new system, but our members definitely
enjoy the new system!"

"The "Members
Only" website has made a tremendous impact with the
communication and responsibility of chapter members.
The site is a 24/7 resource for the women to use to find
out what is going on, when and where events are, to help
find contacts, to understand and use the bylaws, and to get
the most up-to-date information within the chapter. The
"Members Only" website has been used by
the Iota Phi chapter for as long as I have been initiated
into the chapter in 2002. I hear the nightmare
stories of phone chains and mass emails and couldn't even
imagine how much more functional and coordinated chapters
would be if the implicated this service.
The "Member's Only" website makes the women
more personally responsible by allowing them to monitor
the status of their excuses, view their financial status,
and stay aware of their own positive points. They
also can see for themselves when attendance
has been submitted for events and whether or not they
were accounted for. It is their responsibility to
check all of their information and notify the president
or CRSB if there are any mistakes.
Finally, my favorite thing about the "Member's Only"
website is how it has changed the way the chapter views CRSB. For
so long CRSB has been viewed as the board that punishes
sisters about points and fines. CRSB has wasted
so much time constantly updating points, having women
come in contesting what events they were at or when
they put in excuses. Now with the "Member's Only"
website, women can see the status of their excuses
automatically and can see whether they were marked for
attendance just hours after the event! Once
attendance is submitted, all points are automatically
updated and there is no longer hours wasted counting
points and discussing attendance or excuse issues. For
the first time ever we have had CRSB meetings that
only had sisters be called in for positive things
and have been able to spend our time at CRSB meetings
coming up with positive awards!"

"Having
access to the members only site has helped our chapter
tremendously. Our chapter communicated a lot through email
and having access to the website cut down on emails while
still keeping the chapter informed of changes. Our sisters
love the discussion forum and having a sister list at
their fingertips whenever they need it. The cost makes
up for the headaches we use to have."

"In a time
where college students are online more than offline, and
busier than ever with challenging class loads, career
ambitions, campus involvement and work - the
impact of the Alpha Chi message and successful chapter
operations relies more heavily on effective communication
than ever before. We must communicate using a method
that meets the needs of today's members ... and a website
as customized for Alpha Chi chapter needs, and as functional
and user-friendly as the 'Members Only' site is truly
a communications tool that cannot be passed up.
In just a few short weeks of rolling out the website to
the Iota Nu chapter, I've already seen first-hand the
significant improvement in morale and sisterhood that
comes with feeling more connected to each other on a daily
basis, along with a visible sigh of relief from the stacks
of meeting handouts and volumes of e-mail that no longer
inundate chapter members. Our advisory board can
more easily stay in touch and up to date with chapter
activities than ever before, and can get back to the business
of mentoring and supporting the chapter in more meaningful
ways. I highly recommend not only the use of a website
for chapter communications, but specifically the 'Members
Only' website"

"I
advise officers at two collegiate chapters -- one with
the MO website and one without. The difference between
the two chapters' ability to communicate information amazes
me.
The chapter with MO posts their Bylaws and House Rules
on the MO website and each member must print an acknowledgment
form and sign it; thereby enforcing individual responsibility
of the sisters. The chapter without MO has to worry with
distributing Bylaws and Housing Rules.
The chapter without MO asks members to submit excuses
for functions on paper and the CRSB spends time haggling
about lost excuses or hears this from a sister, "But
I DID turn that in on time. How can you say I didn't?"
The chapter WITH MO only deals with excuses and fines
via the website, and it's all electronically date stamped
-- NO paper or excuses needed OR accepted!
With MO, the advisors don't have to wonder, "What
happened at the chapter meeting or Chi Connections last
night?" They logon to the MO site and read the minutes
and their EB officers report for the previous and following
week. Additionally, the advisors can see if their advisee
and her committee members regularly logon to the website.
The advisor can use this information to prevent a potential
lack of involvement/follow through from the committee
by addressing the issue with them.
Another advantage comes during Recruitment. All requirements
such as clothing, schedules, potential new members, etc.
are posted on the website -- no mailing to sisters and
easy access for them at any time.
The communication between the chapter members with Members
Only FAR exceeds that of the other chapter. Communication
is crucial to UNITY and if you'll remember, that is a
cornerstone of Alpha Chi Omega."
